During my time there, I gained a wealth of new experiences and skills that have proven to be incredibly valuable, especially as I transitioned into a new environment.     Respect employees' health & rights. Improve communication, treat staff fairly, and handle contact in a timely manner
    The good thingsThe work itself was manageable
    The challenges1. Was asked to resign due to health condition (which is not extreme health problem) even tho sick and hospitalization leave were entitled 2. Mngmnt was unprofessional & SV seemed to wrongly use their power 3. Waited fr termination cntrct but no response since it wasn't voluntarily resignation

    Good place to gain new experiences but need a lot of improvement in teamwork. Every department need to do their own work to get the whole flow going and not depends on other department.
    The good thingsGood for new graduates as given opportunities to learn and get experience in food industry.
    The challengesLack of understanding from colleague on the requirement for ISO standards. Foreign workers have quite a big ego as they are senior staffs. Sometimes did not respect other staff when they are being told off.

    NIGHTMARE
    The good thingsSalary offer for general worker is good.
    The challengesNo rest day even you are on leave. The boss closed minded and will follow the manager only. Turn over very high for office staff include HR. They rather follow their own head compared to law.
