The good thingsGot in-house pantry. Parking inside. Technician basic salary is higher than other company. If you are sub-contract worker, very hard to absorb to be staff.
The challengesNot suitable for candidate from manufacturing background. Production lead by non-manufacturing experience. Production is always right. Part missing always judge under warehouse.

The good thingsI thoroughly enjoyed working with my co-workers. It was a friendly atmosphere, and I was motivated to go to work every day where the manufacturing processes are very interesting.
The challengesFocus on current manufacturing issues rather than solely focusing on how the company’s potential future could be improved, let the management know you are an experienced Manufacturing Manager to step in and help to improve.
