Good company to start your career
The good thingsIf you are a fresh graduate, this company presents a challenge because it only takes overseas project (no malaysian project), so it is a very good growing opportunity.
The challengesAs with other SAP companies, the perks are not really great--not to say no perks but not very enticing when you compare against other types of MNCs. It's still doing quite good among it's industrial peers.

Good consulting experience for young consultants
The good thingsWorking at delaware (not capital D) gives you plenty of opportunity to work with international colleagues. I routinely work with colleagues from the UK, facing clients from HongKong and Singapore. You get to know people from around the world, and (pre-Covid era) get to travel occasionally. Work load vary: really easy during downtime, and VERY hectic during Mock Loads and Testing period. Therefore, it is difficult to define work-life balance in consulting -- it is unfair to complain about working overtime if you have a lot of downtime. The partners are supportive and know most people by name, and the team leads are also friendly and supportive. It's easy to seek help in the company (especially during downtime). All in all, working in delaware provides good exposure to the international working scene, which will be beneficial for your career advancement.
The challengesThe pantry should really be upgraded. Coffee and milk run out quickly (we're consultants duh!). The office is also quite small and and lacking in equipment (e.g. external PC monitor, simple drawer etc). Some senior colleagues can be difficult to deal with (as with any other companies, different people come from different background and temperament). HR needs to do better personality and ability test before recruiting.
