The challengesObserved several structural and operational challenges, including limited cross‑department collaboration, inconsistent management practices, and communication gaps that affected workflow efficiency. Employee development, performance evaluation processes, and HR support did not consistently align with modern standards or best practices, which created difficulties in maintaining transparency and engagement. Additionally, the overall benefits framework and workplace culture did not fully support diversity, employee well‑being, or long‑term growth. These factors contributed to my decision to seek an environment that promotes stronger collaboration, clearer expectations, and a more supportive and progressive culture.
