    We are one of the largest manufacturers of automotive wiring harness and luxury car interior with over 67,000 employees worldwide. Our head quarter is based in Germany. In Malaysia we are producing wiring harness and interior parts for South East Asian customers with 800 employees in two manufacturing sites in Ipoh and Kulim.     The challengesObserved several structural and operational challenges, including limited cross‑department collaboration, inconsistent management practices, and communication gaps that affected workflow efficiency. Employee development, performance evaluation processes, and HR support did not consistently align with modern standards or best practices, which created difficulties in maintaining transparency and engagement. Additionally, the overall benefits framework and workplace culture did not fully support diversity, employee well‑being, or long‑term growth. These factors contributed to my decision to seek an environment that promotes stronger collaboration, clearer expectations, and a more supportive and progressive culture. No multiracial spirit and annual dinner event held at canteen with evening's tea-time menus so that can purchase new company car every year.

    The challengesPoor communication. Not good management Since the top management changed in 2022 workers are feeling insecure about their job and the working environment is not so good. Top management think about their own welfare compare to the employees HR follow what top management wants to do and not guiding according to the local requirement and manipulate the information if authority comes for verification.
