    The challengesPoor communication. Not good management Since the top management changed in 2022 workers are feeling insecure about their job and the working environment is not so good. Top management think about their own welfare compare to the employees HR follow what top management wants to do and not guiding according to the local requirement and manipulate the information if authority comes for verification. Not good HR nor top management
