Strong brand, but internal fairness and leadership consistency need serious attention
The good thingsGood People/Emp. Colleagues on the ground are generally supportive and collaborative. Good medical/health coverage. Employee-focused initiatives (festive gifts, medical checkups, wellness programs) are genuinely appreciated. Fast-paced environment that builds endurance and adaptability
The challengesPerceived bias and favoritism in certain environments. Perception that recognition and opportunities may sometimes be influenced by relationships or visibility rather than purely performance-based outcomes Boundaries between professional and personal matters could be better respected in certain situations Salary increments are relatively low compared to workload and market expectations, and do not always reflect individual performance or increased responsibilities Performance evaluations can feel subjective and heavily influenced by individual manager perspectives rather than standardized criteria Inconsistent treatment and recognition of employees across teams Work expectations may increase without corresponding adjustments in compensation or recognition Limited work-life balance in certain functions

    VOLUME & SPEED ORIENTED COMPANY
The good thingsBenefits (medical) Lots of Free gifts every month Care about health and welfare Events & celebration (dinner, town hall, pizza)
The challengesThis company concern more on speed than quality.since too much volume to handle, they sometimes forget about quality. U'll be doing repetitive task every day where it can be replaced by ML/AI. if u want to gain knowledge in logistics faster in short period as this industry is broad, try not to stay within same dept more than 2 years.some ppl love doing same things everyday as long as the pay is good.they want comfort and hate challenges.but i prefer to utilize my time exploring as much of new task to learn within a years.time is gold to me.repetitive job should be done by robot not human.therefore, we can optimize human for more challenging task(decision making, analysis , etc). Volume based task is not my forte. That's y i left. I prefer something challenging and requires me to think technically and offer me to get involve in decision making. 2)too many staffs and all doing same job , encourage politics as everybody competing to get promoted & to show up to bosses I'm the fastest , my volume is the highest. Everybody want to do more volume to compete .the fastest & highest volume u settle the better and recognized u will be. Sound More like a production factory which never in my dream.

    Good first time oppurtunity
The good thingsI am glad to have my debut in the corporate world through this company. I have had good managers that actually care about your personal growth. I got to work with colleagues that were warm and helpful.
The challengesAs good as it started, it quickly got pretty real when my bosses left the company within the first two months of hiring me and the team that I joined seized to exist. Since then I was thrown at different teams to work out different independent projects. However, handling a few solo projects that too at the same time got a little overwhelming. I would have liked if i was given more time to adapt to one task rather than having to juggle with multiple. However, the work environment is great and if I had a choice I would never want to leave.

    Great management team
The good thingsPeople-centric management team. Very proactive in employee retention activities and generally a great place to work.
The challengesCan do better in terms of bonus allocation. May not give the best offer in terms of remuneration as compared to other industries but the benefits made up for it.
