    The good thingsVery academic and international environment. Working together with locals and foreign workers. Great place to start.
    The challengesRoom of climbing the ladder depends on the response of customers. A lot of encouraging people above, but none of them are staying long enough to keep my sense of belonging. A lot of new GT and customers will visit the premise out of sudden, but it really depends on the social skills of the worker. There are a lot of uncertainties on the work everyday, yet worker like us need to be hopeful and encouraging everyday.
