    The challengesBonus scheme is not so achievable and max up to 1-2 months only Salary is average in the industry Junior top management, possess excellent industry knowledge but low level of emotional intelligence Have a mindset of overtime is due to employee's incapability (OT later than 12am!!!)

    The good thingsSuperiors are well rounded in showing the rope to new entries, but at the same time, they do not spoon feed you too much. Once they see you are competent enough. That's where your real challenge is. Great balance on work load and teamwork.
