Supportive colleague and fun to work with. Able to learn about other departments work process. Can encounter exciting challenges and problems every day. Free foods and drinks provided every shift. Can attend and enjoy every month staff gathering but depending on our shift. Hostel and transportation provided with cheap rental cost.
The challengesA bit hard to arrange our schedule for the week (6 days a week). Salary and increment too low. Not much things to learn after a few months. Sometimes boss give too much work to do and less time to rest. Hard to arrange time for religious prayer.
