    Great team, but expect pay delays and unpaid overtime.
    The good thingsHonestly, what made the job work for me was my colleagues. We were a group of people around the same age with similar goals, and that mutual support is what got me through the day.
    The challengesBe aware that the biggest challenges here are management-related. The main issue is that salary and commission payments are often delayed because they require management approval, which can push them into the next month. Also, it's good to know that commissions are subject to a 30% override for the manager. The job does require working on weekends and overtime, but this isn't compensated with extra pay or replacement leave. While the team itself is great, these are definitely things to keep in mind.
