    The good things1. good place for personal career growth 2. company is expanding 3. Good bosses 4. Excellent working environment 5. Free parking & ample parking space 6. Directors open to suggestion
    The challenges1. Managers must be really hands on when handling the projects 2. The staff are left on your own devices and must settle the problem on your own. 3. The directors will only offer advice and the buck stops here. 4. Company demand extra time from the staff esp on every Wednesday when there is a weekly meeting after 6 or 7pm. 5. The company should offer guidance for the junior staff.
