    ENCTECH Engineering was incorporated in 1981 with the primary objective of providing high quality engineering design, system installation, commissioning and maintenance services for computerized Building Automation Systems, Ventilation and Air – Conditioning (HVAC) Control Systems for the building industries.Currently, our expertise have expanded beyond Building Automation Systems and HVAC Control Systems to include Energy Management Systems, Industrial Control Systems, Security Systems, Car Park and Theme Park Ticketing and Management Systems, Car Park Traffic Counting and Display Systems, Head Count Systems and Intelligent Traffic Light Controllers.We have actively participated in and completed many prominent and complicated projects in Malaysia and the surrounding region. Our vast experience and expertise allow us to customize bespoke solutions for our partners according to their specific needs.     A job for technician, not engineer.
    The good things- Opportunity to work and understand the in and out of how a building facilities is managed and function on a surface level. - The work you are doing either the easiest task you do eg. (Servicing) or the hardest (troubleshooting). - Never missed payroll
    The challenges- Lack of strong support system, their approach to complex problem is *trial and error* without solid understanding of the cause. - Needing to tinker or solve issues of system that no one has understanding of. - Most of the time you are not doing any engineering work, you are a technician that performs low level trouble shooting and servicing. - Low salary and lack of any tangible benefits or allowances. (You using your own transportation EVERYDAY to attend to sites causing the cumulative cost negatively impact you in the long run eg. Yearly servicing, tires, breakpads running dry sooner. RM200 + very low mileage claim for 2024 vehicles standard). - Lack of proper training, they basically expected the seniors who most of the time are reluctant to train you whilst them performing their designated daily task. (You ended up just becoming their kuli without understanding much of the issues). - Lack of career development.

    for the experience worth it, but for the long term nope
    The good thingsthe work is okay and also mostly colleagues are nice with each other.
    The challengesyou need to be patient and overcome the pressure while doing the work. it quite intense and also pressure come from the both side customer and management
