    An established company but dont stay for too long
    The good thingsI used to like this place. As a fresh graduate I am thankful for the manager for giving me the chance to start my working career. I enjoyed doing my work, they do contact you outside of working hour but not necessary to respond. Colleagues and working environment were what holds me from resigning.
    The challengesSuperior and manager micro manage you and need to report everything. During my 5 years of being here only given 2 time increment, one time during confirmation lol. Bonus is cut, same excuse company not making profit. Tight deadline with short of manpower.

    Good for beginner but not good if plan for wider career development.
    The good thingsis a good starting point to learn and get experience.
    The challengesManagers always push away their responsibilities to the lower people. Management and old staffs refuse to change. Quality department staffs are hard to control because they think they are old staffs already. People who contributed a lot in the company was not appreciated. No bonus and very less increment.

    The challengesPoor management system. All superiors have the mindset of stingy of sharing because they scared of the staffs under them will work with same level with them one day. All superiors will push away their responsibilities once any issue happen. All superiors like to say different words in front of and behind of every staffs.

    The good thingsMost of the colleagues are friendly and helpful. May learn a lot of things in the company. Encourage those who wanna learn things in fast paced environment in shortest time. Exploring the knowledge about product development and marketing is really interesting.
    The challengesPoor benefits, management ask only for progress despite the fact that they are lacking manpower. Typical boss encountered rather than a leader at most of the working time. Setting a lot of ''don't' or ''can't'' in the company while not trying to improve or provide more benefits to the workers.
