    Not suitable for long term career development due to poor management
    The good thingsBonus (based on staff job perfornmance) and staffs holiday
    The challengesPoor management system. All superiors have the mindset of stingy of sharing because they scared of the staffs under them will work with same level with them one day. All superiors will push away their responsibilities once any issue happen. All superiors like to say different words in front of and behind of every staffs.
