    The Eng Peng Group of companies started as a family owned layer farm in the 1980's. It has steadily expanded over the past 20 years, through organic growths, acquisition & diversifications to become one of the major suppliers of poultry products and frozen food in Sabah. There are now more than 10 companies under the umbrella of Eng Peng Group.Eng Peng Group is currently the largest vertically integrated poultry producer in Sabah. Thats mean we are involved in the entire production process from breeding, hatching, broiler farm, all the way to customers' door step. We are committed to be the first choice of food provider in our market and continuously to improve the quality of our products to ensure safe and affordable to be served to our customer.

    The work load here is very high, and no standard. Those bosses cannot stand if they saw you free. Starting salary is low , yearly increment is even low. Given two bonus per year but not really much if compare to the work you have done. Need to be ready to get call even when you off (no OT claim), and thy cut some public holiday too, mean you have more working days here compare to other company.

    Poor Management, low employees benefit, overwork schedule, poor company policy
    The good thingsComfortable environment, working as a team give the advantages to learned more new things. Employee get to wear casual working outfit.
    The challengesStressful work load. Their Human Resource are terrible is handling the company policy which help on the employee benefit. Bosses are to selfish and give very poor pay company to other company
