    The challengesVery high turnover rate. Employer should not think that employees work to only benefit the employer merely because the employer is paying the salary of the employee. Respect needs to be earned and it's a two way street. It's a shame that the stress and challenges comes from adhering to the attitude of the employer than the actual workload itself.
