What’s it like working at Fairmont Industries?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Fairmont Industries appreciate the good opportunities for career progression, particularly if they can adapt to the fast-paced environment. The management team, especially the Head of Technical and GM, are described as awesome leaders. The company provides a fast-paced environment that allows employees to gain valuable experience and expertise. Additionally, employees value the performance bonuses and average salaries offered.

However, employees should be prepared for a very challenging work pace, particularly for those on the technical team. There are tight deadlines and high expectations for completing projects and ad-hoc tasks. Some employees also feel there is an element of internal competition among staff for rewards, promotions, and benefits.

    Love-hate relationships.
The good thingsInternational MNC owned company but with Local Malaysian Management. Good for gaining some experience and knowledge on Sport-related rubber industries.
The challengesManagement can be quite toxic at times and loves to transfer staff to another subsidiary company. Becareful. Everyone on staff will compete with each other for rewards, promotions, and benefits, and sometimes it can be toxic as well.
