What’s it like working at Fama Corporation?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Fama Corporation appreciate the friendly and easy-going staff, as well as the good working environment. Interns and employees note that they were able to gain valuable experience and learn new things while working at the company.

However, there are some potential areas for improvement. A few reviews mention that the salary may be lower compared to other companies, particularly for those on contracts before becoming permanent employees. Additionally, some processes, such as attendance tracking, are still manual. Some interns felt that they did not have sufficient exposure or opportunities to learn a wide range of tasks during their internships. Finally, a review suggests that facilities and resources, such as computers, could be improved to support the work flow better.

I have a good relationship with the staffs and all the staff here are humble and nice.
The good thingsI just finish my internship for 16 weeks. Overall this company is quite OK with me despite last 1 month before i finish my internship I had to work from home due the lockdown. I felt very sad but I managed to gain few experiences with the senior staff that handle the quality control and assurance of the food product.
The challengesThis company had a low salary compared to other company. This is because this company had to undergo contract for about 2 years before you get the permanent position in this company. For me this is disadvantage to the some workers that had to be paid a little compared to other workers that had a permanent position.
