    The good thingsgood incentives and allowances, nice peoples where they patiently to teaching stuff. Nice branch manager who always looking forward to hear from you and help you whenever you facing difficulties in reaching sales target.
    The challengesManagement and each sales department facing difficulties in communication . Should be more clearly, specify and detailed sharing information in order to achieve both department kpi. Should go on prob solving more than waiting one side decision where the decision doesn't benefit or clarified prob solving that you agreed.
