5.5/10 , recommended if you wanted to dive into retail industry
The good thingsMedical benefits good, company culture is average, have the chance to work with multiple big brands.
The challengesManagement is quite old school. Hybrid or work-from-home arrangements are generally not practiced, even when you’re unwell. Punctuality is taken very seriously — clocking in after 8:30 AM is considered late, even if you stay back to finish work. Bonuses and salary increments seem quite limited, and improvements sometimes take longer than expected. The team can be understaffed at times, so employees are often required to handle responsibilities across multiple roles. Support from other departments could be better. When sales are slow, the marketing team sometimes ends up being questioned or held responsible. There is a high level of supervision, which may feel a bit restrictive for those who prefer more independence in their work. Vendor payments from finance can sometimes take longer than expected, which may create some challenges when managing external partners.

An ugly mess for the work flow and no proper structure or deadline. Everything is needed last min
The good thingsNothing, there is nothing positive
The challenges- Manager is awful, there's no proper handover nor is there a proper SOP for ads and other platform - constantly have look for other department to solve social media issues (such as access, request or ads account approval) not just from time to time almost daily - Nobody know who has access to what, affecting the sales performance and decreasing the productivity - literally have to learn everything yourself in a extremely hostile environment

    Friendly & Happy environment
The good thingsyou can get staff price for all product that under FJB, i mean like \"really\" staff price. Every year they will have warehouse sale but only for staff and you can get items cheapest ever. They will always give priority to staff even you are just a clerk/Receptionist. Got Annual dinner, Hari raya ,Christmas, Chinese new year, Deepavali and etc. celebration. Happening and lovely event.
The challengesThe challenging part for me is just the parking area.difficult to get and expensive.
