    I had a great experience as an HR Intern at FPT Software. The team was supportive, and I learned a lot about HR management and its processes. It was a good environment for growth and gaining real-world experience. I appreciated the friendly culture and the opportunity to work on meaningful tasks.

Hands-On Experience: I were trusted with real tasks like professional HR task, and etc. Learning Opportunities – I learned about HR tools, internal systems. Work Environment – Friendly and professional atmosphere, open communication. Company Culture – The culture was inclusive, collaborative, and welcoming to interns. Growth and Development – I gained confidence, improved soft skills, or learned how to work in a corporate setting.
    The challengesI faced was the limited opportunity to explore other HR areas. I would have liked more exposure to training, employee relations, or other functions to get a broader understanding of the HR field. Overall, it was a great learning environment, and I’m thankful for the experience.
