    The challengesCompany culture is not so good with some politics issues between colleagues within company. Too much paper works leads to not work life balance. No career advancement, very difficult to get promotion. Turnover is also quite high.

    The good thingsGM has good leadership and vision. Autonomy to plan and run own programs. Guidance provided when needed but no micro managing at manager level. Regional support to forthcoming. Staff are well taken care off in terms of salary, allowances and reimbursements. Salaries are paid on time.
