Love working here. I learn a lot, and gain lots of knowledge from every person in the company. Great working environment where no one will bother your life, will not jealous on your achievements and will always help you if you have job-related problems.
The good thingsYour superior will always assist you and help you if you counter any issue.
Great working environment with great colleagues.
Flexible working hours (can come late and replace time late in).
The challengesNeed to multitasking in lots of job (Its a bit challenging, but you will enjoy it, perhaps).
Experience direct staff are so annoying and very rude especially foreign workers (Sometimes you will wanna to kill them LOL)
Lots of tears, burn out and stress spent in this factory (Especially when you are far away from your family hihihi)
Management will expect you to improve yourself, and when you make one mistakes, it will be tough to achieve their expectation (Its only my POV)
