    The good thingsOpportunities to explore more into many arrears that could challenge ourself. It's a great opportunity to dig our hidden skills provided we are ready to be the new person and open to new challenges. Challenging yet very interesting.
    The challengesSome parts are quite conservative & some parts, trying to implement a modernization approach. Low level staff also get direct access to the MD that causes the manager to be sidelined by their own subordinates.
