    The good thingsWork is flexible. Only 2 days work from office.
    The challengesWhen you submit tender, they are the one who calculate your balance leave and since they want to save cost, they not allow us to encash the leave and need to utilise all the leave. But then when received salary, payslip stated we overutilised our leave and deduct it thru salary.

    The challengesDifferent value in terms of education appliacation as I am from engineering background. But hey, I'm up to pretty much any kinds of new work perspective as I really believe that will benefit myself and my career goals.
