A rewarding journey, hope I can return one day.
The good thingsGreat company and great people. You work hard, but with a relaxed atmosphere. I left to get more money elsewhere, and now have to deal with more hassle and less care for me as a person.
The challengesCan be long hours on the BIG projects, but no difference to any other large company I have worked for.

This is one of the best places I've worked, and I highly recommend it to anyone including my family and friends
The good thingsOne of the things I appreciate most is the leadership's direct and straightforward communication style as well as strong work ethic. They're easy to work with and create a comfortable environment for open dialogue. People around me are clear of their duties, boundaries and consistently commit to achieving our goals
The challengesWhile the company has been traditionally cautious, I've noticed a growing openness to new ideas, which is encouraging. Continued growth in this area would further enhance the work environment and foster innovation.

100% do not recommend. Waste of my time.
    The good thingsAbsolutely nothing.
The challengesManagement love to micromanage and the culture is so poor. It truly is a miserable place to work and getting a cheerful attitude out of people is like getting blood out of a stone. I find management to be very unprofessional in the way they speak to their employees, I think a good shake up is what is needed as managers have been there far too long and seem to have forgotten Spiro Georgiou’s vision of ‘Family’.
