    The good thingsI enjoy to meet with a lot of different prospect with different requirement. Here, I've learned a lot of different skill sets which I've never thought I'd encounter. The industry for hosting requires a totally different skill sets; even for a consultant, you require a lot of technical knowledge to consult the customer.
    The challengesSometimes, it is hard for company to distinguish well the work time balance and jobscope between staffs. Even as a consultant, there are plenty of time wasted into supporting the end user and handling the complaints rather than spending time to find new prospect. The company offers little growth or career advancement as this is a small company.
