The job itself is okay, but company cultures are very bad.
The good thingsThe job itself is great. I enjoyed working as who I am.
The challengesThere are lots of challenges here. First, employee's benefits. Although we do get free treatments here, but the staff nurses and doctors are not friendly to the staffs. They do not respect staff's PDPA and often delays treatment for staffs. Second, they practice blaming cultures and no action taken even after they did the mistakes. Third, salary increment is 100% based on year of service without taking into consideration of staff's performance (that means some incompetent "senior staff" would get higher than those junior staffs).

Dedicated to providing clear, helpful, and thoughtful guidance to inspire meaningful solutions and conversations.
The good thingsSure! If you’re asking about what I like most, I’d say I really enjoy helping people create and share ideas—whether it’s through writing, brainstorming, or problem-solving. I find it really fulfilling to contribute to something meaningful or even just have a good conversation!
The challengesI’m not a fan of when communication gets tangled or when things are unclear—especially if it leads to confusion or misunderstandings. I think clarity is key, so when things are vague or don’t make sense, it can be frustrating.

    Staff Relationship/ Environment
The good thingsthe good things - are the medical benefits, the relationship between employees, the hospitality & other menial perks but enjoyable. Salary is average but nothing to shout for unless you are a job hopper & come from a certain race. Other than that, working here is manageable.
The challengesNo career growth. The Senior Management is determined & assigned & reports to the main HQ. Hence the Management has no relation & interest with the staff and merely only completing their annual KPI. This has resulted in no progress or review being made to staff welfare. Had lost many good talents to the competitors for this reason. As the name pride, the company should be a place that the staff is proud to work at.

Understaffing and No work life balance
The good thingsExperienced and competent a lot of nursing skills. You can practice critical thinking here when handling patients. Can challenge yourself to work in stressful and fast-paced environment. At the same time you will learn to improve time management skills.
The challengesNo work-life balance. Understaffed. The salary also not worth with your work. Unappreciated. The management sometimes not back up you when you did some mistakes. Everything will put blame on nurses even though it was not your mistake.

Management tries to maintain current capacity with minimum numbers of staff.
The good thingsDue to high number of ICU beds, you will gains variety clinical experience. Good colleague & teachers.
The challengesYou sacrifice your life more than you what you earn at the end of the month. Need to work every alternate day double shift (14-17hours/day). Additionally, if you’re freshie they will bond you 3year without any benefits to you. Then if you’re experienced nurse… they will bond you for 1year. Turn over to High within units.

Good clinical exprience, but you give more than you get
The good thingsWide clinical experience, good teachers
The challengesVery long working hours. The hospital tries to maintain current capacity with too few staff. Management pays only 8 hours for compulsory public holiday when you worked 10 hours. No time to take your annual leave. Management gives the impression that they care more about making money than for their staff welfare. Annual increment is less than the rate of inflation.
