Dedicated to providing clear, helpful, and thoughtful guidance to inspire meaningful solutions and conversations.
The good thingsSure! If you’re asking about what I like most, I’d say I really enjoy helping people create and share ideas—whether it’s through writing, brainstorming, or problem-solving. I find it really fulfilling to contribute to something meaningful or even just have a good conversation!
The challengesI’m not a fan of when communication gets tangled or when things are unclear—especially if it leads to confusion or misunderstandings. I think clarity is key, so when things are vague or don’t make sense, it can be frustrating.

    Staff Relationship/ Environment
The good thingsthe good things - are the medical benefits, the relationship between employees, the hospitality & other menial perks but enjoyable. Salary is average but nothing to shout for unless you are a job hopper & come from a certain race. Other than that, working here is manageable.
The challengesNo career growth. The Senior Management is determined & assigned & reports to the main HQ. Hence the Management has no relation & interest with the staff and merely only completing their annual KPI. This has resulted in no progress or review being made to staff welfare. Had lost many good talents to the competitors for this reason. As the name pride, the company should be a place that the staff is proud to work at.

    Staff nurse ICU
    Feb 2022
Kuala Lumpur3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
Management tries to maintain current capacity with minimum numbers of staff.
The good thingsDue to high number of ICU beds, you will gains variety clinical experience. Good colleague & teachers.
The challengesYou sacrifice your life more than you what you earn at the end of the month. Need to work every alternate day double shift (14-17hours/day). Additionally, if you’re freshie they will bond you 3year without any benefits to you. Then if you’re experienced nurse… they will bond you for 1year. Turn over to High within units.
