    The challengesDealing with colleague which didn't think how valuable each business comes in. They prefer do what ever easy for them, not what guest need. Example ; Housekeeping clean room without vacuum..

    My experience is awesome and i'm glad to work here with nice environments.
    The good thingsI learn a new things here with kindly staff who help each other. I can see how a hotel operates on a busy day. I can learn new things that i have not learned and guidance from the staff was very important for me to add to my knowledge.
    The challengesSometime on the busy day, there no additional staff to cover or help at the front desk. For me, this company need to think more about how to find a backup staff on the peak season or busy day.
