    It can go from good to bad in a short period of time very quickly.
    The good thingsGood colleagues are friendly enough and can guide you whenever you need help. Salary is ok for beginners. Product is very easy to understand and learn. Get to learn many things about all types of alcohol. Good way to meet new people especially business owners.
    The challengesHigher ups will expect you to do the impossible sometimes, considering that you are selling alcohol and not daily needs product. Lack of staff so you will be doing some stuff that is not in the job scope. No bonuses when company has is not making any money.

    Must be able to accept the culture and have strong heart to face everyone in the company especially the things that does not make sense. It is either follow or the boss will “open door” for the employees to leave.
    The good thingsWork under regional sales manager, always give clear direction, supportive and motivate everyone to keep on moving forward. A good leader.
    The challengesA lot of changes within a month, whether it makes sense or not&no cooling period. 1 employee mistake will turn the whole company upside down. A lot of rules&regulation set but only follow in the beginning then messy in the end. HR good in giving warning letter&slow in things need to be done fast.
