    Internship experience with strong exposure to manufacturing operations and process engineering.
    The good thingsI gained valuable hands-on experience in the paper manufacturing process and learned about plant operations, production monitoring, and process improvement. The engineers and staff were supportive and willing to share their knowledge, which helped me understand real industrial practices.
    The challengesAs a large manufacturing environment, some processes can be fast-paced and require quick adaptation. For new interns, clearer guidance or structured training at the beginning could further improve the learning experience.

    The good thingsThe salary and company benefits are actually great especially for fresh grad and the working experience is vast for them.
    The challengesTeam management and communication between departments needs to improve, leadership traits must be really strong in order to join this company. Also, have to anticipate works off hours, even if you are under MC and AL.

    The challengesNo opportunity for other race to build up career expect one race dominate the management. Others still need to work hard but never get appreciate and still keep them down even for expect in that field , just because different skin color.

    The good things1. Good remuneration package & structural flexible working hours. 2. Friendly working environment. All colleagues are friendly and approachable. 3. A good learning place as a lots of opportunities will be provided. 4. Company is providing Free lunch and parking to employee.
    The challenges1. Too many instructions from the Top Management that sometimes makes you in dilemma to perform your duty. 2. Indecisive decision that always cause a lots of last minutes changes. Sometimes situation will be quite challenging if you would need to deal with external parties.
