Internship experience with strong exposure to manufacturing operations and process engineering. The good thingsI gained valuable hands-on experience in the paper manufacturing process and learned about plant operations, production monitoring, and process improvement. The engineers and staff were supportive and willing to share their knowledge, which helped me understand real industrial practices.
The challengesAs a large manufacturing environment, some processes can be fast-paced and require quick adaptation. For new interns, clearer guidance or structured training at the beginning could further improve the learning experience.
