The good thingsI loved the people I worked with in my center. It was a supportive team and the students were great too. Parents who come are most of the time reasonable.
The challengesunfair wages, management is weird. They have all these rules but never exactly explain why things are done. Lots of micromanaging. Love to threaten incentives.

The good thingsIf you enjoy working with children, this is the perfect job for you. But you need to know that there are other responsibilities other than teaching that you will be able to learn and develop as a professional, it includes sales, customer service, as well as planning your lesson as well as weekly training
The challengesYou will only have one day off as well as a half-day and it is compulsory to work on weekends. You also need to reach monthly sales target, which depends on the center. Attending to parents complaints will also be part of your job description.
