Don't be fooled by the other reviews because they are all fake. Turn over is very high
The good thingsThe only good thing is work hour is 9am-6pm, work for 6 days, no shift
The challengesManagement is terrible, they don't know how to manage a business. There is no proper SOP for shop operation because the boss will keep on changing it, they will make your work harder. The management is bias, like to compare their staff with other staff. They also simply terminate people as their wish if you cannot hit their kpi
Don't need work hard in the first year you joined this company, because you won't get any reward for being work hard in your role. They force people to join annual dinner and teambuilding and will deduct your AL and you will get warning letter also. If any stock lost, they will punish you also even it is not your responsibility.
