    The good thingsManagement treated everybody well. Meetings are frequent to assess direction of tasks ahead of the company as a whole.
    The challengesDeadlines are abundant. Small manpower causes much work to be concentrated on few individuals. Challenging, but rewarding if quality of work shows.
