The good thingsGained valuable hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and exposure and Colleagues in certain departments were cooperative and supportive.
The challengesHR management was extremely disorganized, with unclear policies and inconsistent communication. Frequent changes were made without any proper notice or explanation. There was a noticeable sense of favoritism, especially towards certain groups of employees, which created an unhealthy work culture. Micromanagement was common, and employees were often overloaded with responsibilities beyond their role, with minimal recognition or compensation. HR failed to address employee concerns fairly and professionally, leading to low morale and high turnover.
