    Poor are those who just start working; let them learn first, and don't expect 110% from them. LOL
    The good thingsThey pay on time and not transparent in term of payment
    The challenges1. HOD Micromanages 2. They will blame employee no matter what 3. Lack of Guidance 4. They give sweets that taste like bitter gourd 5. They dont care what happen to employee, as long they get the profit 6. They terminated employee with no reasons 7. HOD too bossy, not guiding and never takes responsibility. 8. Berat sebelah, favouritism 9. Ready to get warning letter when starting to work by HOD 10. Never say sorry, no empathy towards employee, HOD, who is the boss actually?
