    Worth to gain experience here about the hotel management
    The good thingsEvery HOD were good when concerning about their staffs. They treat their staff with good manners and give training very well. They will teach every part of work that we cannot manage it.
    The challengesGuests complaining about the services. Manager will brief the staffs regarding their services which guests not satisfied.

    Good enviroment for who does not like work under pressure.
    The good thingsI like the work environment which is all staff are friendly and work in a a team also good in handle guest problems. For office site which is I hope there can be more communication between others departments.
    The challengesThe challenges i ever had is When you know house-keeping haven’t got the rooms ready yet but there are people waiting to check in and you go to reception .
