    Read this before taking job for customer service
    The good thingsA good step place to start your banking experience, but not a place to stay
    The challengesSalary = No salary negotiation. After working more than 5 years, any new staff who join will still get higher salary than you KPI / bonus = your KPI is both individual and team effort, if you're doing well but the team isn't performing, you'll still get low KPI which equal to lower bonus allocation split among your team Skills = on-the-job training, but the skills aren't transferable. They rather hire new staff than retain experience staff. Mistake that cause losses to the bank is on step towards termination Worktime = Sometimes you need to work beyond the working hours, weekdays and public holidays without OT Team = Some old staff does thing slow and does not know the process properly. There's Union worker, which some of them are really bad and avoid doing extra work Workload = You've to juggle with cross-selling, customer service and office work. Low cross-selling or complaints means you have to prepare face the management. Slow office work means messy and unfinished work Good Luck

    High turnover rates job Ur allowance need to split within your team and it's below market rates
    The good thingsPay your salary on time. Entitled more annual leaves than other comapny can offer
    The challengesHigh turnover rates. Call U even on ur off-duty/MC. Poor top mgmnt, cause many projects fail & get lots of bad review from client Unprofessional docs/training based on gmeet demo and did not provide accurate/updated guildine. Micro-manage with tall hierarchy culture, more talking than doing the job.

    One of the best companies I have worked for
    The good thingsI had a supportive leader who believed in building people up and not tearing them down. This also lead to a very healthy team dynamics and the opportunity to continously learn and grow. The workload was heavy, but I was compensated very well for my time and effort.
    The challengesI would suggest addressing work life balance to start off by increasing headcount. Apart from that, it generally is a good place to work and learn.

    The good thingsI'm gaining valuable experience in banking operation and it is good for future career advancement. Benefit for medical, as dependants also included for it.
    The challengesNot enough manpower to operate as normal bank, only runing very minimal capacity but yet management expectation very high in sales achievement. Being as Customer service and operation mgr, I need to oversee both department Sales and Operation. Only attend induction training by HR and not enough training provided by Management
