The challengesSalary = No salary negotiation. After working more than 5 years, any new staff who join will still get higher salary than you
KPI / bonus = your KPI is both individual and team effort, if you're doing well but the team isn't performing, you'll still get low KPI which equal to lower bonus allocation split among your team
Skills = on-the-job training, but the skills aren't transferable. They rather hire new staff than retain experience staff. Mistake that cause losses to the bank is on step towards termination
Worktime = Sometimes you need to work beyond the working hours, weekdays and public holidays without OT
Team = Some old staff does thing slow and does not know the process properly. There's Union worker, which some of them are really bad and avoid doing extra work
Workload = You've to juggle with cross-selling, customer service and office work. Low cross-selling or complaints means you have to prepare face the management. Slow office work means messy and unfinished work
