The good thingsI have gained a lot of experience in handling customers and operational knowledge in banking-related. I had a fantastic experience dealing with good bosses which helped me in upskill and groomed by position until I have become a manager in 2015 within 10 years in retail banking.
The challengesWe have to be tough and independent which cant totally depend on superior. We need to have spent time in reading an SOP and compliance
