    The challengesNo support from colleagues/management: - Only will have high expectation on us but never appreciate our effort. Short of manpower / High turnover - Hard to hire staff. Always short of staff and need tor request for relief. - Many staff resigning Lack of training - Most colleagues will tell that we have to self learning, needs to find info ourselves. no one guide or teach.
