The challengesThe group's internal systems are still far behind compared to other FI. Modernization and digital transformation are urgently needed.
A rather static Management level has resulted in weak staff motivation and value creation. This makes it difficult for the company to drive competitiveness with other FIs.
Most of staff demonstrate a more self-centered approach, which limits collaboration & progress.
Senior Staff (especially HR) often avoid heavier responsibilities. Hard communicate with HR Team.
