Good environment working place. Benefits, its also provide staff meals.
The good thingsThe beginning of my work started with the basics of Food and Beverage. In addition to the various sections of my workplace I can further my knowledge without being taught by anyone. The deep interest in this food service makes me happy to come to work.I was able to run the shop on my own and hit the sales target at that time. Incharges are also very friendly and can be friends regardless of rank.
The challengesOne of the disadvantages of this workplace is that of some incharges who do not take care of the staff around them. I encourage them to be more firm in these little things so that they can improve during work. Secondly, I recommend that the management add a panel clinic or upgrade the clinic further. Third, I hope that everyone is light-hearted and doesn't think for themselves that people can simplify our work, we make it easier for people.

I learn a lot and there are always new thing to be learn everyday.
The good thingsI admired my boss because she can do a lot of things easily and really help me a lot and encourage me to be better. She was so flexible. But at the same time always giving feedback to the team. From here, I know how I can manage and develop my skills.
The challengesThe only challenge in the Food and Beverage Industry is when there is a new tender. So many messes and so of the management looks like enjoying the stress. But at the end of the project, they will be a smooth structure that all could follow.
