    Stable, but reach a point where promotion is not earned, but based on how much people like you. My advice, likeability is better than performance. As a junior executive in a bank, my salary is 50% less than our offshore counterpart of the same rank (experience only 2 years), that's why i left.
    The good thingsIf you are independent and have a reasonable manager, you can run things on your own, however you need to be prepared for accountability.
    The challengesfor New joiners who may be very experienced prior to joining, they may encounter difficulties knowing who's who, and where to find information.
