    Stable, but reach a point where promotion is not earned, but based on how much people like you. My advice, likeability is better than performance. As a junior executive in a bank, my salary is 50% less than our offshore counterpart of the same rank (experience only 2 years), that's why i left.
    The good thingsIf you are independent and have a reasonable manager, you can run things on your own, however you need to be prepared for accountability.
    The challengesfor New joiners who may be very experienced prior to joining, they may encounter difficulties knowing who's who, and where to find information.

    Big Corporate but Bad Support System
    The good thingsProducts was pretty good in the market, branding too doing very well. Employee benefit could be better.
    The challengesBig bank but very old school internal system, no support, no system, no improvement. Each branch mind their own business, working as an individual branch, no connection, no support, politic behind the scene. If the branch can work together, can achieve more i believe.

    The challengesI really enjoyed working for my previous company and appreciated the great people and overall atmosphere. As my time in that position drew to a close, I gave this question a lot of thought. With my great love for working as a team, it was difficult to work away from the rest of the company which was all located out of state. I’m looking forward to collaborating and working together with friends and colleagues again.
