The challengesThe job descriptions are not clear, goes differently for every staff even though they are in the same position. Next, the poor work-life balance as we do require to work overtime that cannot be claimed. The company also do not provide basic income as they are more to profit sharing. The company gives incentives to those who perform first(in their eyes) than the staff's who are underperformed(in their eyes). Plus, for those who do not upper hand in understanding the workflow, they may come across with a heavy head start.
