Great learning exposure!
The good thingsColleagues are helpful and approachable, I am glad that I have a superb manager in managing people and work at the same time. Learning curve is deep and I have explored alot eversince I joined IBM, still a long way to go there is alot more to learn! Overall IBM is a great learning place it would be fun if you like taking up challenges to learn at workplace!
